Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern all web design, development, and related services provided by SR7 Web Design ("we", "us") to our clients ("you"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

SR7 Web Design provides bespoke website design, development, SEO, branding, and related digital services. The scope of each project is agreed in writing before work commences.

3. Payments

• A 50% deposit is required before any work begins
• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before the website goes live
• Payment is accepted by bank transfer or agreed method
• Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance
• Hosting and maintenance fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed

4. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Delays caused by late content delivery, slow feedback, or factors outside our control may extend the project. We will communicate any delays promptly.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide all required content, images, and information in a timely manner
• Provide feedback within agreed timeframes
• Ensure you have the legal right to use all content provided to us
• Designate a single point of contact for the project

6. Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds as agreed. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged at our standard hourly rate of £50/hour.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all rights to the completed website design transfer to you. SR7 Web Design retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.

8. Hosting & Maintenance

Where we provide hosting, you agree to our hosting terms. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability. Monthly maintenance agreements can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

SR7 Web Design's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for third-party service outages (e.g. hosting providers, payment gateways).

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the project and not to disclose it to third parties without written consent.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly. Deposits are non-refundable where work has commenced.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
